Trustee Candidates

Maggie Fiock

“My name is Maggie Konich Fiock and I’ve lived in the 7100 block of Cornell for almost 5 years with my husband, Frank, and two daughters, Susie and Rosie. We love the neighborhood and I want to contribute to my community by serving as University Park trustee. I want to help continue the important work of infrastructure improvements (roads, sidewalks, trees) as well as engage more with my fellow neighbors. I’ve been regularly attending the trustees’ meetings for over a year and have a good understanding of current projects, challenges, and opportunities. Thank you for your consideration!”

Dan Davenport

Dan and Cynthia Davenport bought their house on Colgate in 1980.  Their daughter and son attended Jackson Park Elementary, Brittany Woods, and University City High School.  Dan earlier served as a trustee in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.  Dan’s background is in general contracting, starting as a carpenter, and then serving as an estimator, Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Training Manager.  Team Work, Effective Listening, and Quality Control have been his focus throughout his career.  Dan is eager to put his decades of construction management experience to work for the subdivision.
