The Board of Trustees meets once a month, and any property owner is welcome to attend. Currently, the meetings are on the third Tuesday of every month, at 7 PM in the Centennial Commons Board Room at Centennial Commons.

Meetings are scheduled for the following dates:

2011: January 18, February 15, March 15, April 19, May 17, Jun 21, August 16, September 20, October 18, November 15, December 20 (no meeting in July 2010)

2012: January 17, February 21, March 20, April 17, May 15

Any resident or property owner planning to attend the meeting is advised to contact a Trustee to verify the meeting, as meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled as necessary.

The annual general meeting to elect a trustee is held in early spring in the University City Public Library auditorium. The specific date and time of this meeting is included in the annual assessment notice.
