Capital Improvements:
2024 – Scope of work is pending. Locations to be published pending final coordination.
2023 – Street repair scope of work included Full Asphalt Reconstruction of the failed sections (see the 2022 Street Assessment) of 7100 Princeton, 7300 Princeton, 7300 Cornell. A small number of sidewalk sections with severe damage (ie, completely ripped out by trees, etc) were contracted for replacement.
2023 – 5 year Capital Improvement Plan (Streets) completed
2022 – Street Assessment updated
U Park retains the engineering firm of Horner & Shifrin for capital improvement planning and technical oversight of projects.
