University Park is a private subdivision located in University City, Missouri. The subdivision is governed by an Indenture which designates Trustees to oversee services that would otherwise be provided by a local municipality. Subdivision services include street maintenance, snow removal, forestry (of the trees along the tree lawn), and common area maintenance. With over 900 lots, we are the largest private subdivision in Missouri, and with only 3 Trustees, WE NEED YOUR HELP.
