Concrete work on curbs is scheduled to begin Tuesday, 9/3 on portions of 7000/7100 Stanford & 7200 Cambridge

Paving replacement estimated start date is Monday, 9/9 on portions of 7000/7100 Stanford, 7100 Tulane, & 7200 Cambridge.

Lead service line replacement program

Homeowners are encouraged to contact Missouri American Water to have lead (and in some cases galvanized) water service lines replaced at no charge.  This often requires a hole to be opened in the street so we would like to get as many done as possible before completing more street construction.  To determine the status of your water lines, visit www.missouriamwater.com/Leadfacts and use the interactive map to navigate to your address.  From there, you will be able to schedule an inspection or service line replacement.  Scheduling is currently all the way out to Spring 2025, so act now! 

The University Park Subdivision in University City is known for beautiful homes with unique architecture.  Each street is tree-lined with a lush green canopy.  The subdivision is close to:

For outdoor family activities, the subdivision is bordered by public parks:  Lewis Park to the east; Mooney Park to the west.  Heman Park is to the north of the subdivision with picnic facilities, baseball diamonds, an outdoor swimming pool, and the Centennial Commons recreational center.
