The Board of Trustees meets once a month, and any property owner is welcome to attend. Currently, the meetings are on the third Tuesday of every month, at 7 PM in the Centennial Commons Board Room at Centennial Commons.

Meetings are scheduled for the following dates:

2010: January 19, February 16, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16, December 21

2011: January 18, February 15, March 15, April 19, May 17

Any resident or property owner planning to attend the meeting is advised to contact a Trustee to verify the meeting, as meetings may be rescheduled or cancelled as necessary.

The annual general meeting to elect a trustee is held in early spring in the University City Public Library auditorium. The specific date and time of this meeting is included in the annual assessment notice.
